本届比赛将根据选手报名选送单位，整体得分情况。 评出最佳团体奖等奖项，并对团体组织者个人提出表扬
Group winner will be appraised according to the sum of competitor scores.
There’ll be awards to group leaders as well.

All products used for competitions will be sponsored by designated brands.
比赛注意事项Guidelines:
法式水晶指甲
比赛规定s Regulations
(1) 事前准备可以刻磨。
刻磨is allowed before competition
(2) 完成后的指甲前端长度须为0.7 cm—1cm左右。
Length of the finger tip of the finished nail shall be 0.7 – 1 cm.
(3) 指甲形状须为方型。
Shape of nail: Square
(4) 参赛作品要求使用纯水晶法式材料，甲粉、甲液及辅助材料（不可用贴片等非水晶材料）。
Material must be 纯水晶法式材料，甲粉、甲液及辅助材料 (no tips allowed)
(5) 水晶粉可使用白色、透明粉红色不可使用透明色。
水晶粉 can be white, transparent pink, but no transparent
(6) 可使用一般拋光棒。
Usual 拋光棒 is allowed
(7) 禁止使用革制拋光棒。
Leather 拋光棒 is not allowed.
Electric drill or equipment is not allowed
(9) 禁止使用指甲修补粉（Ridge Filler）、底油、指甲油、顶油。
Ridge filler, base coat, nail lacquer or topcoat is not allowed.
(10) 禁止使用油类、乳霜、乳液等。
Oil, lotion or cream is not allowed.
(11) 左手赛前完成，右手现场操作，双手效果一致
Left hand shall be finished before competition. Right will need to be finished during competition. Finishing of both hands shall be consistent.
比赛时间＝90 分钟 Fixture: 90s Minutes
比赛内容＝模特右手（5指）皆做法式水晶甲。※不涂指甲油。s
Competition content: all fingers of model’s right hand shall be 法式水晶甲, lacquer is not allowed.
光疗树脂指甲（Gel）
比赛规定 Regulations
(1)事前准备可以刻磨。
刻磨is allowed before competition
(2)完成后的指甲前端长度须为0.7 cm—1cm左右。
Length of the finger tip of the finished nail shall be 0.7 – 1 cm.
(3)指甲形状须为方型。
Shape of nail: Square 。
(4)使用材料须为光疗胶，不可使用甲片等
Material: Gel only, no tips allowed
(5)左手赛前完成，右手现场操作，双手效果一致！
Left hand shall be finished before competition. Right will need to be finished during competition. Finishing of both hands shall be consistent.
(6) 需使用双色，或多色过渡！
2 colors used at least for 过渡
(7)不限光疗胶品牌，不限操作方法。
No restrictions for the brands of Gel. No restrictions operation methods.
(8)禁止使用拋光棒。
拋光棒 is not allowed.
(9)1人仅限使用1台UV灯。
One UV lamp is allowed for each competitor.
Electric drill or other equipments are not allowed.
(11)鼓励制作创意图案，增加得分点。
Original patterns are highly encouraged
(12) 禁止使用油类、乳霜、乳液等。
Oil, lotion or cream is not allowed.
（13）所有图案组合必须用光疗胶完成
All patterns shall be finished only by gel.
比赛时间＝90分钟 Fixture: 90s Minutes
比赛内容＝模特右手（5指）皆做光疗甲。※不涂指甲油。s
Competition content: all fingers of model’s right hand shall be finished by Gel, lacquer is not allowed.
雕花艺术甲（限内雕）
比赛规定s Regulations
1赛前完成左手及右手拇指及食指的图案制作，现场操作右手的中指，无名指及小指
Left hand, thumb and index of right hand can be finished before competition. Middle finger, ring finger and little finger of the right hand must be finished during the competition.
2作品必须选择水晶甲做底！不可使用封层等相关光疗产品，
Base of all works need to be done by 水晶甲, no other 封层等相关光疗产品 is allowed.
3 图案不限，现场完成的指甲，必须体现作品的主题，颜色与图案必须与整幅作品协调
No restriction on patterns. Color, pattern and theme of the work finished during competition must relate to other fingers finished beforehand.
4 整幅作品以提现作者雕花技术为主，不可使用钻石，干花，金银箔纸，等相关配饰！！！
Rocks, dry followers, gold or silver foil is not allowed in this competition.
5 作品以内雕形式出现，如作外雕则分数为零分！
Finished work has to be 内雕.
6指甲形状为方形
Shape of nail must be square.
7 完成后指甲前缘长度在0.7cm以上
Length of the tip of finished nail shall be 0.7cm or above
比赛时间＝90分钟 Fixture: 90s Minutes
比赛内容＝模特右手的中指，无名指及小指指甲制作。※不涂指甲油。s
Competition content: thumb, middle finger and little finger of the right hand. Lacquer’s not allowed.
整体造型创意甲
比赛规定 Regulations
1 在指甲艺术上表现创意，与发型、彩妆及服装搭配一起审查。
The creative must to be implemented on Nail design. Rating will be according to the combination with the hairstyle, make-up design and outfit.
2 发型、彩妆及服装请于赛前完成，比赛时间内完成任意两个指头的图案制作
Hair, make-up and outfit must be ready before competition. At least 2 nails shall be finished during competition.
3 要求使用水晶甲，凝胶甲，手绘或喷绘等三种以上技法，允许使用贴片，钻石，贝壳，等配饰，以求达到最完美的效果！
Any 3 techniques of 水晶甲，凝胶甲，手绘或喷绘 will be required to use on the work. Tips, rocks, shells and other accessories are allowed.
4 要求作者在整体造型（如：服装，化妆等）和指甲的图案及色彩的整体搭配上突出作品主题，整体造型和谐，美观！
并且根据自己作品的主题，附技术说明书100~200字， 交给主持人，以备作品展示时向现场介绍作品。
Competitors are required to submit articles (100~200 words) to illuminate the theme of the creations, including the hairstyle, make-up, outfit as well as the nail design.
5 模特儿不限性别。No restriction on model’s gender.
6 请模特儿以完成的状态参加颁奖仪式。Models must ware the finished work to attend the prize award ceremony.
比赛时间＝45分钟 fixture: 45s Minutes.
比赛内容＝赛前完成任意八个指头的制作，现场完成两个指头！s
Competition content: any 8 fingers can be finished before competition, and any 2 to be finished during competition.
电 源 相 关 注 意 事 项
Guideline for power supply
※ 比赛会场之天花板较高，可能造成光线昏暗。可自行携带照明设备(100瓦以下一个插座)。
Every competitor is entitled to bring its own lighting equipment, the organizer will provide 1 plug under 100W.
※ 电器用品限用中国国内可使用之电器类。
※ 请使用可对应比赛时间的照明设备、UV灯。不得使用上述设备之外的电气用品。
Competition related lighting equipment allowed only, i.e. UV lamp.
※ 所携带的电气用品发生问题时，主办单位无法进行相关对应，敬请谅解。
The organizer is not obligated to provide any equipment for replacements if any malfunctions or problems occur with the ones brought by competitors.

▽技术审查＝搭配指甲的完成度及整体平衡感。自然美好的状态。
Technique: The completion and entire equation of the nail
1正视：C弧度呈1/2圆弧度，壁厚均匀、不歪斜，两条线高度一致
Envisage: C shape with ½ circle, same thickness, no deflection, 两条线高度一致
2俯视：微笑线光滑、清晰，A、B两点等高！
Looking down: C line is smooth and clear. Same height for A & B.
3侧视：全手弧度均匀，最高点一致！
Looking from side: Vertex of every nail shall be same.
4后视：表面平整，光滑。弧度均匀！
后视：Surface of the nails shall be smooth, the radian of every nail shall be the same.
5粉白相间，微笑线清晰，无夹层、无气泡，表面无划痕。
C line shall be clear, no air, no scratch.
▽事前审查＝自然指甲的确认、材料的确认。
Checking before competition: verification natural nails and materials.
●雕花艺术甲
▽技术审查＝指甲上创造性的设计表现。只进行手部审查。并从指甲制作的形状， 图案的创新程度，色彩搭配等，整体效果，几个方面来凭取分数！
▽事前审查＝赛前的准备工作，即已完成的指甲作品
●整体造型创意甲
▽技术审查＝图案的创新程度，色彩搭配等，整体效果，其中：指甲作品占全部分数的 50% 发型、化妆占 10% 服装占10% 整体感占 30%
▽事前审查＝完成需现场操作而赛前完成的违规者
3D静态甲片赛详细内容：
每一位美 甲艺术爱好人士皆可报名参加、可发表自我主张的开放冠军赛。
富含未来感的美 甲造型，期待您充满知性、感性及创造性的艺术作品。

审 查：以到场者之投票数决定名次。
Judging: the winners and places will be decided by the Votes from the audience
内 容：缴交5片个人创作甲片(作品如侵犯著作权则失去资格。例如:卡通人物、名人等)，展示全作品，进行审查。
Content: Each competitor to submit 5 tips. (No copyrighted designs allowed, i.e. cartoon characters, famous figures, ect..)
主 题：「美景.东方」美景包括风景、人物、事物
Theme:
奖 项：第1—３名 nailmallj奖杯，礼品，证书
第３—１０名 证书、礼品
并根据实际情况颁发特殊奖项
Prizes: 1st place – 3rd place, NailMall trophy, gift, certificate
4th place – 10th place, certificate, gift
报名费用：460元人民币（包含盒子费用）
Registration fee: RMB460 (including box fee)
报名时间：２００６年１０月１５日前把作品成品邮寄到主办单位

报名办法：(1)请完整填写报名表上的必要事项。
(2)请以现金或汇款方式支付报名费。
(3)确认报名后，本组委会将寄发「比赛规则」、「作品盒」。请务必于作品提交期限内上交作品。
Registration procedures: 1) Fill in the registration form
2) Paying the registration fee by cash or T/T
3) The organizer will send COMPETITION REGULATION and box for works to competitors when registration fee confirmed received.
※ 参加作品一律不退回，敬请见谅。

比赛结束后，其著作权归摩丹尼所有。
Copyrights belong to NailMall after competition.

除甲片以外的素材不限。
请使用由本组委会提供的盒子(内径)，盒子内放置其作品。装饰材料限水晶、光疗，背景装饰材料不限。失去资格者的作品不可展示，敬请注意。
Please place your work into the box provided by the competition organizer. 水晶、光疗 are allowed to be used, no restriction on the material for the background.
Please be noted the disqualified works will not be displayed.

※ 有下列任一情形者将予以扣分。
※ Competitor with any of the following behavior will receive a points deduction fine
(1) 不服从执行委员之指示者。
Competitor does not follow the instruction of the Executive Committee
(2) 进入比赛会场后，未快速完成准备者。
Competitor does not finish setting up preparation within allotted time.
(3) 不守礼节规矩，用具超出个人桌面范围外者。
Competitor overstep the allotted area.
(4) 穿著标示有美 甲厂商的商标、美 甲专校校名等服装（围裙、Ｔ恤等）者。
Competitors wearing any nail product branding clothing or accessories.
(5) 其它违反比赛规则者。
Other violations
※ 有下列任一情节者，取消其比赛资格。
※ Competitor with any of the following behavior will be disqualified
(1) 超过技术时间者。
(2) 比赛终了后仍进行模特儿手上作业者。
Competitor still working on model after allotted time due.
(3) 对模特儿造成损伤者.
Causing injuries to models
(4) 审查中与审查员交谈者。
Talking to judges when judging.
(5) 在点名、事前审查前，未与模特儿一起就座者。
Competitor who’s not seated with model on callings or checkups prior competition.

大赛组委会郑重声明
Solemnly Declare by The Organizer
Competitions are open to nail technicians & students only.
2、 大赛组委会保留拒绝报名者参赛的最终权利。
The competition committee reserves the ultimate rights to refuse service to any competitor.
3、 参赛者及模特必须年满18周岁。
Competitors and models shall be at least 18 years old.
4、 参赛者必须自带模特
Competitors must use a live model and must arrange their own models.
5、 当某一级别的某一项目只有一名参赛者，此参赛者将被列入上一级别的同项目进行比赛
Any division having only one entry in a category is not considered a competition and that entry will be put into whichever other division it’s score will ran it higher in.
6、 每一项的赛前将有30分钟的规则讲解。
Each competition will have a 30 minutes briefing, scheduled prior to the start of the competition.
7、 所有参赛者和模特必须参加赛前讲解，
Competitors and models must be present for the briefing.
8、 赛前规则讲解一旦开始，参赛者一律不可触摸模特的指甲，违规的参赛者，总分将被扣除5分。
Once the briefing starts, the competitor may not tough the models’ nails until the competition begins, if any competitor touches their models nails once the briefing has started, they will have 5 points deducted from their final score.
9、 不懂中文的参赛者需自配翻译，翻译需一同参加比赛前规则讲解；比赛过程中翻译必须停留在比赛区域外的指定区域，有沟通需求时方可进入比赛区域。
Competitors not understanding Chinese fluently must supply their own translator. Translator must be present competiton in the event they are needed for communication with the competitor.
10、 大赛组委会不对参赛者对比赛规则的理解错误负责。
Competition committee is not responsible for any competitor not adhering to or understanding the rules.
11、 参赛者必须在规定时间内完成作品，除非大赛对个别比赛项目作出特别规定。
All work must be completed in the time allotted for the competition unless otherwise stated in specific rules for individule competitions.
12、 赛前规则讲解的过程中，工作人员将对所有参赛模特的双手进行测试，以确保其无任何事前作业。
Models nails will be checked during the briefing to be certain no work has been previously done.
13、 经评委或裁判的审定，如参赛模特被确认有事前作业的事实，其对应的参赛者的总分将被扣除5分
If it is decided by the judges or sages that prep work has been done on the model prior to the briefing, the competitor will receive a 5 point deduction off their final score.
14、 赛前规则讲解过程中，参赛者被准予放置比赛用具材料等。
Competitors will be allowed to set up their tools, products during their competition briefing.
15、 参赛者必须在填写参赛表格时将自己的参赛级别划定
Competitor must specify competition division they are entering when the registration form is filled out.
16、 当参赛者的级别划定，便不可更改。
Once a competitor has registered in a division there is no changing divisions.
17、 参赛者必须将自己划分于符合自己实际最高水平的级别。
Competitor must enter the highest division they qualify for.
18、 基于选手数量众多并且有国际选手们的参与，组委会将不会对选手是否正确划分自己的参赛级别进行一一核实，因此选手级别的划分将基于诚信的基础。组委会将对一些明显错误的划分进行纠正，但不能全部核实。
Due to the large attendance and international participation, the competition is not responsible for verifying that each competitor enters the correct division., this is done on the honor system. We will correct those we know to be incorrect, but cannot verify all.
19、 如参赛者被发现其级别划分有误，则其每一个参赛项目都将被分别扣除10分。
If it is found the competitor has registered in the wrong division, they will receive a 10 point deduction in their final score for each competition registered for in the wrong division.
20、 所有参赛者必须自备比赛用具，包括灯、电源线、电源板等。
Competitors must furnish all necessary supplies, lamps, extension cords/power strips, etc…
21、 组委会将在比赛中为选手提供电源插座。但数量有限请提前通知
Each competitor will be provided one electrical outlet.
22、 迟到的参赛者必须在规定时间内完成作品，参赛报名费不予退还。
Late arrival may compete and required to finish all work within the allotted time. No refunds of competition fees are given.
23、 比赛现象禁烟及禁食，可自带不含酒精的饮料，但不鼓励。
No smoking or eating is allowed during the competition. Non-alcoholic drinks allowed, but not recommended.
24、 指定时间一到，所有参赛者必须立即放下手头的工作
Once the allotted time is up, competitors must immediately stop working.
25、 任何在指定时间已到仍然继续工作的参赛者将被取消比赛资格。
Any competitor found to still be working on their model after the close of the competition will be disqualified.
26、 如参赛者未能完成作品，将最终分数将被扣除10分。
Incomplete nails will be judged with an automatic 10 point deduction off competitor’s final score.
27、 依据提示，参赛者应主动引导自己的参赛模特到评判区域。
When instructed, competitors are responsible for getting their model to the judging area.
28、 模特不得自行离开评判区域直到评审结束。
Models must not leave the judging area until they have been judged.
29、 在评审尚未结束时模特即已离开评审区域将被视为自动放弃。
Any model leaving the judging area prior to being judged will be disqualified.
30、 获胜的选手以及得到名次的选手将获得产品奖励，前提是其必须出席颁奖典礼。对于错过颁奖的获胜选手，大赛组委会将不为其保留或邮寄奖品。
Product prizes are available only to those competitors that win or place & are present for the awards ceremony. Any product prizes not claimed by the close of the show will be forfeit. The competition committee will not hold or ship product prizes to competitors.
31、 本次大赛以单项10分制记分，1分为最低，10分为完美。
A 1-10 point judging system will be used; 1 being the lowest, 10 being flawless.
32、 参赛者在比赛过程中如有违规行为，将依据比赛规则所列扣分原则进行扣分。如果是扣分原则未列明分数的违规行为，第一次口头警告，第二次即扣除5分，如有第三次将取消参赛资格。
Any competitors not abiding by these rules will take whatever point deduction is allowed in the rules. For those rules not specifying a point deduction, there will be one warning, after that there will be a 5 point deduction fro the next warning, and DISQUALIFICATION for the third warning.
33、 裁判的评判结果即为最终结果，大赛的结果将于赛后公布。
Judges decisions are final. Scores will be announced after the competition.
34、 如有平分出现，则有裁判长进行最终评判。
Any ties in scores are decided by the head judge’s scores.
35、 大赛组委会享有本次大赛的比赛规则的最终解释权。
The competition committee reserves the ultimate rights of the explanation of this general rules & regulations.
36、 大赛期间所有由工作人员及合作伙伴所拍摄的照片、图象资料所有权均属NAILMALL杯国际美 甲邀请赛财产，并有绝对权选择在任何媒体播放，任何参赛者不得干涉或要求经济补偿。
All photos/video taken by the competition personnel or contractors are the sole property of NailMall Nailympic Competition, to be used in whatever fashion deemed appropriated by the NailMall Nailympic Competition without compensation to the competitors. |
